The Awards Team of the Sports Physical Therapy Section is soliciting nominations for the following
awards for the year 2010.
Student Education Award
New Horizon Award
Education Award
Clinical Education Award
Service Award
Ron Peyton Award
Procedure
for Review and Selection:
µ Nomination
materials must include an original and four copies submitted to the Awards Team
on or before July 15, 2009. Submissions received after July
15, 2009
will not be considered.
µ The
Awards Team will review nominations and recommend the most qualified candidate
to the Executive Committee.
µ The
award will be presented only if there are qualified candidates and one is
selected. Nomination materials are
considered property of the Awards Team, who will maintain their
confidentiality.
µ Nomination
materials will be returned. If any
individual is not selected for the award in a given year, that individual may
be nominated in subsequent years by a resubmission of updated documents.
µ All
nominators are requested to confirm that their nominee is available to attend
CSM before submitting the nomination.
