Attention Physical Therapists,

Wichita State University (WSU) in Wichita, Kansas is now offering badge courses (short online courses for practicing professionals). A new badge course on Blood Flow Restriction (pBFR) is being offered through WSU's biomedical engineering department and taught by pBFR technology expert Chris Deck, PT, MA, MBA. The cost is $160 for this one badge course.

Worried about not having enough time? No worries, this online badge course can be started and completed at any time during the spring 2019 semester and only takes about 11 hours of direct instruction time to complete. Online badge courses not only provide you with college credit, they also count for CEUs*, and you are issued a digital badge upon successful completion that you can display on your social media accounts to demonstrate your proficiency in pBFR. Feel free to share this information with other physical therapists that you know.

You can enroll and start courses from January 22 - April 19. All coursework must be completed by May 9.

For more information, visit: http://badges.wichita.edu/node/424.

*Kansas Physical Therapy Association 2019 CEU approval pending
